I had a good experience ordering from usadisplays.com. The website was straightforward, and I was able to find what I needed without spending a bunch of extra time digging around.
The display arrived in good condition and looked like what I expected based on the listing. Shipping was also reasonably quick, which is really all you can ask for when ordering something like this.
I’d order from them again if I needed more display items. It wasn’t anything over the top, just a simple order that went smoothly and did what it was supposed to do.

My order showed up on time, and almost everything was right, so that was good. But one small item wasn’t the one I picked?? Not the end of the world or anything, just a little annoying when you’re expecting something specific.

I ordered a banner from USA Displays the print quality came out nice, really nice. The colors were close to the file I sent over, and the text looked sharp and clean.
There was one small spot that seemed a little darker than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal, not a big deal at all. Shipping was fine too, and overall I’m happy with how it turned out. I’d use them again...

The box showed up beat up, and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily the item itself was okay, but ngl I was nervous opening it. For the price, I expected it to be packed a little more safely

I’ve used our display from usadisplays.com for a few events now, and it’s held up really well. It’s been packed up, hauled around, and bumped in the car a few times, but nothing has cracked or come loose. The display itself feels sturdy, and I’m happy with the durability so far. The only downside was that when I had a question, I felt a little dismissed instead of really helped. Still, the product has been solid, and I’d probably buy another one if we needed it

I don’t want to be too harsh because maybe I missed something, but the instructions weren’t super clear to me at first. I had to reread them a few times before I felt sure about what to do.

The display actually looked good once it was set up, especially from a few steps back. But when I handled the material, it felt thinner than I was expecting and not quite as sturdy as I hoped. It did the job for our event, so I can’t say it was a total disappointment, but I’m not sure how well it would hold up with repeated use. I was glad it worked out in the moment, but I do wish it had felt a little more durable.

I got a display stand from USA Displays, and weirdly my first thought was actually about the packaging before the stand itself—nothing was dented, no random scuffs, no “uh oh, this got tossed around” feeling. Once I pulled everything out, the frame felt sturdy in a way I wasn’t totally expecting. Not heavy-heavy, but definitely not that flimsy trade show stuff I’ve dealt with before.

The print looked really clean too, with nice colors that didn’t seem washed out. Setup took me a few minutes longer than I thought it would, though that might’ve been more me overthinking the parts than the stand being difficult. Anyway, once it was up, it looked great and did exactly what I needed without any fuss.

The delivery showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. The only annoying part was the communication beforehand — the updates weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on until it actually arrived...

I did end up getting my refund, but the whole return process was more of a hassle than I expected and took quite a while. I feel like some sort of compensation or store credit would be fair considering the time and inconvenience

They helped me fix up my display design really quickly, and it looked way better after. Super easy to work with, no stress or back-and-forth headaches at all 😊

The artwork proof looked good overall—well, actually, I was expecting to find something that needed fixing, but it was clear and easy to approve

The price was okay, so I didn’t feel like I got completely robbed or anything, but wow, I definitely expected the quality to be a bit better. It’s not terrible, but it’s also not something I’d be dramatically telling everyone to buy immediately

If you’re selling something that needs assembly, the directions should actually make the process easier, not leave customers guessing
